Shipping policy
We deliver within the Netherlands only. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Geesteren (Lutkeberg 61, 7678 AJ Geesteren).
Shipping costs
You will always see the shipping costs for your order before you check out.
Processing and delivery time
Orders received on working days before 12:00 are shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 are shipped the next working day. After dispatch, your parcel usually arrives within 1-2 working days. During busy periods, such as promotions or around public holidays, it may take a little longer. Delivery times are indicative.
Track & trace
As soon as your order is on its way, you will automatically receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your parcel.
Risk during shipping
Your order is at our risk while in transit. The risk only passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to you or to someone you have designated.
Damaged or not arrived?
Has your parcel arrived damaged, or not arrived at all? Email us as soon as possible at adv@enduristan.nl, ideally with photos of the parcel and the damage. We will look into it with the carrier and make sure it is resolved.
